We are a team of Point of Sales (POS) veterans with cumulative experience totalling more than a
century. Hailing from diverse backgrounds and possessing the quintessential experience in POS

caters to every F&B establishment under the sun. Our field of expertise includes Research &
Development; Marketing; User Interface and Experience; Multiple Platform Expertise (Windows,
Linux, IOS, Android, etc); Project management (such as customization, integration and migration);
End-user support; and Comprehensive management reports & audit.
We are on a look out for the chosen one, a Support Specialist with an elasticity of skills to join our
BOOMing team based in Singapore

This opportunity will require you to have the following skills and attributes to be successful:
- Has the enthusiasm and drive to develop relationship and likes to help people
- Displays an interest in IT technology and engaging with customers
- Self-motivation and passion for learning new technologies
- Likes a challenge and performs well in a fast-paced environment
- Dislike Desk-bound job and likes to travel around. - Must have Knowledge and Experience with MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- If possible, familiar with HTML, PHP, SQL commands and coding.
Work Responsibility will include:
- Implementing, Configuration System, Server, Network, & Peripherals
- Ensuring all customer support requests are attended on timely manner
- Provide training and documentation of processes, resolution details to guide team member and customer
- Assist in project management and new product development / testing
- Working independently, Standby duties and any other support related tasks as required independently and standby for
support duties if required
